Classic Chili

Classic Chili recipe.
(made it for 30 servings)

3 medium green pepper, chopped
6 medium onions, chopped
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
3 tablespoons cooking oil
6 pounds ground turkey
6 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes, undrained, cut up
3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
3 cups water
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons pepper
6 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained

In a large soup pot, saute green pepper, onions and celery in oil until tender, about 5-10 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until browned; drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add kidney beans. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes longer.

    I just used a glue gun and made jumbo flowers out of big strips of fabric. Then glue the flowers to the guitar strap! Simple as that! Thanks for stopping by!
